What are the responsibilities and job description for the Foster Coordinator position at Rocky Mountain Puppy Rescue?

Can you lift 35 lbs easily, can stand and bend and lift ? (This position requires you to work along side us to load and unload, kennels and equipment.) REQUIRED: This position is in person at least 3 to 4 days per week, ( clean driving record is a must ) with one to two days spent working from home. Hours vary, you must be flexible. Saturdays and 2 Sundays per month are a must and are not negotiable. We are looking for a disciplined work from home experience person, great at cold calling and managing persons, can do attitude! In person 3 to 4 days per week, this includes adoption days in Northglenn and Denver to work with our team. Paid time off is acrued. Days off is scheduled but it can vary. We are looking for someone with proven experience working without constant supervision.
Foster Coordinator needed for small Colorado animal non profit with storied history. Talents must include strong project management skills, phone, email, google sheets and zoom calls, cold calling and computer skills a must. Social Media Skills are a must do and are needed, must post daily to social media and email network weekly. Strong organizational, communication skills. POSITIVE CAN DO ATTITUDE a must. You must have great communication skills, enjoy a challenge. Must have clean driving record, own and have access to a car full time. This position must be your only job. You must have excellent phone skills and Team building skills. Must have some animal experience. RESCUE or SHELTER EXPERIENCE IS A BIG PLUS. Must be able to work quickly , fluidly and have strong multi task skills. Maintain a mobile office with our team to facilitate adoptions at our location. This position is min 40 hours per week. Must keep business hours with a flexibility to answer calls after hours ( past 6 pm ) when it calls for it. We provide lap top, dedicated rescue cell phone, competitive salary.
