Job Overview – Industrial Laundry Equipment Sales Representative (1099, Commission-Based)
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Industrial Laundry Equipment Sales Representative to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor. In this role, you will promote and sell high-performance commercial laundry equipment directly to businesses throughout Phoenix. You’ll work with clients in industries such as hospitality, healthcare, correctional facilities, athletic organizations, and industrial laundries. Your ability to understand client operations, recommend the right equipment, and close deals will be key to your success.
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with prospective clients across Phoenix, through site visits, networking, industry events, referrals, and cold outreach.
- Conduct on-site evaluations to assess operational needs and recommend tailored equipment solutions.
- Present compelling, technically informed product demonstrations that communicate ROI and operational value.
- Build long-term customer relationships by delivering responsive service and reliable support.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our full equipment line, including washer-extractors, dryers, ironers, and automated systems.
- Create and manage quotes, proposals, and contracts; guide clients through the entire sales process.
- Provide post-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and help secure ongoing service agreements.
- Collaborate with our service and technical teams to ensure seamless installation and support.
- Keep organized records of leads, activities, customer feedback, and closed deals for strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in industrial equipment, commercial machinery, or technical service industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative, solutions-driven approach.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented professional who thrives in an independent sales environment.
- Comfortable traveling regularly throughout Denver. to meet with prospects and existing clients.
- Mechanical aptitude or experience in commercial machinery environments is highly advantageous.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business or technical fields is a plus.
Compensation
This is a 1099 independent contractor position with exceptional earning potential:
- Earn 40% of net revenue on equipment sales – with machines ranging from $10,000 to $200,000, each sale represents a high-value opportunity.
- No income caps – your earnings are directly tied to your performance and effort.
