Gardener/ Gardening Crew Member
We are a long-established Landscaping company located in Breckenridge, currently seeking dedicated and dependable Gardener to work safely in the field. You will work alongside other crew members and help maintain beautiful landscapes in Summit County. If you like to work outside and in a team environment, this might be the perfect job for you.

Work Schedule
- You’ll work Monday to Friday, usually starting around 8:00 am and ending around 4:30 pm. Hours are dependent on the maintenance list for the day and can vary.
Responsibilities:
- Plant flowers
- Trim/prune shrubs and perennials
- Clean lawn debris with rakes, shovels, and blowers
- Install new landscaping materials
- Weed perennial beds
- Contribute to our safety culture by wearing assigned Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Interact with homeowners, clients, property guests, and the public professionally and politely.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Trustworthy and dependable
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds & work outdoors
- Must be able to commit to the entire summer season
- Experience in landscaping or outdoor work is preferred, but not required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
