Registered Nurse

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs monitoring and medical history evaluations.
• Administer medications, perform IV infusions, and provide wound care while adhering to aseptic techniques.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals in developing and implementing patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health management, medication administration, and post-discharge care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and facility policies.
• Participate in triage processes within emergency settings or outpatient clinics.
• Stay current with best practices in nursing through continuous education and training.

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
