Position Summary:

We are seeking an entry-level RMHS Developer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our senior development Ignyte team to build and maintain RMHS Case Management’s custom system using the Appian platform. We are open to training candidates who are motivated and eager to learn.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our senior developers to design and develop RMHS case management custom application using the Appian platform.
  • Write code and develop integrations between Appian and other systems as needed.
  • Perform unit and integration testing to ensure quality and functionality of applications.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues as needed.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure that code adheres to best practices and coding standards.
  • Lead requirements gathering workshops or facilitating requirements meetings.
  • Work with product owners, clients and/or upper management to understand business challenges and translate these to functional and technical requirements with limited supervision.
  • Support existing systems to proactively manage and maintain multiple systems to ensure performance and availability.
  • Build user reports using SQL Server Reporting Services.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Appian features and technologies.
Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of programming concepts and languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to set, manage, and meet expectations and deadlines.
  • Strong desire to learn Appian development and a willingness to undergo training.
  • Hard working, self-motivated individuals who are comfortable handling ambiguity and able to successfully complete tasks within deadlines with limited supervision.
  • Experience working in small-to-medium teams to achieve project goals and complete major deliverables.
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize information to draw accurate, logical, and actionable conclusions.
  • Additional Preferences:

  • Familiarity and experience with low-code development platforms (such as Salesforce, Microsoft Power Platform, or Mendix).
  • Prior experience, training, or certification with Appian development.
  • Familiarity with business process automation tools such as BPMN.
  • Strong foundation in programming concepts such as object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • In depth knowledge and ability to analyze, develop, and implement complex BPM user stories and requirements including, but not limited to, business rules, design specifications. Wireframes, data structure changes, process requirements, and integration requirements.
  • Experience working in an Agile Scrum development environment.  Familiar with all standard artifacts and ceremonies. 
  • Understanding of data management concepts including data integration, quality, governance, and Architecture.

Salary : $71,140 - $85,000
