Rocky Mountain Embroidery is seeking to hire a full-time or part-time Embroidery Production Technician for our shop in Northeast Bozeman. For over 28 years, we’ve provided custom apparel and accessories along with becoming trusted partners for businesses and organizations both large and small, in Montana and across the U.S. Past and present clients include Mystery Ranch, Montana State University, the Philadelphia Phillies, Sitka, the Big 12 Conference and hundreds of local businesses around Bozeman.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Operate a multi-head embroidery machine to add decorative designs on garments, household articles, material, or uniforms
- Prep garments to be loaded & sewn in the correct place
- Use embroidery software to edit existing embroidery files
- Keep up with inventory for embroidery materials (backing, thread, scissors, bobbins etc.)
- Inspect and prepare final product for customer pickup
Qualifications:
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to stand up to 8 hours
- Must be able to lift 50lbs.
- No embroidery experience necessary – one-on-one training will be provided
- Ability to accurately follow standard operating procedures with minimal direction
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills
