MEMBER SERVICES COORDINATOR

The Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation (RMEF) is a mission-driven non-profit dedicated to ensuring the future of elk, other wildlife, their habitat and our hunting heritage. Since our founding in 1984, we have helped conserve nearly one square mile of elk country every day. In partnership with others, we have conserved or enhanced more than 9.2 million acres, including improving public access to more than 1.6 million acres. Our impact will extend to 10 million acres by 2030.

To help build on this momentum, RMEF is seeking Member Services Coordinator to join our Membership team. This position provides customer service along with membership and donation processing for all phone and email inquiries. This team plays a key support role for RMEF outreach through marketing, membership, development, and field programs; and works closely with other departments to ensure data entry support and customer service support.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Customer service phone coverage
• Membership & donation processing
• Retail order processing

Location:

• The Member Services Coordinator position provides the opportunity to work either in-house at RMEF’s headquarters office located in Missoula, Montana or remotely within a forty-mile radius of RMEF’s headquarters
• The first four – six weeks will be at RMEF’s headquarters office or until training is complete

Qualifications includes:

• High School or GED with a minimum of two years of customer service experience in a team environment
• Experience working with a relational database and spreadsheet applications preferred
