Job Summary
Experienced heavy equipment operator. Residential work, basement digs utilities, backfill and concrete prep. Running excavators, skidster and front end Loader. Must be able to fill out time cards accurately and daily. Manage a laborer or crew.
Responsibilities
- Operate a variety of heavy machinery, following job supervisor and architectural specifications
- Maintain all equipment used, including cleaning, oiling, and greasing, to keep everything running well
- Work closely with all employees on the job site and help as needed to keep the project running on schedule
- Maintain records of maintenance on equipment, and report any issues immediately
- Follow all state, federal, and company safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
Qualifications
- Valid drivers license and drug free.
- Previous experience working on residential job sites.
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to work well within a team environment
- The ability to work in all weather conditions
Salary : $60,000 - $90,000
