Library Associate

Rocky Mountain College is seeking a Library Associate.

Duties May Include But Are Not Limited To

• Execute the circulation and interlibrary loan transactions for the library.
• Maintain the serial records and provide service to the public on demand.
• Hire, schedule, and oversee the work of student employees.
• Coordinate with the Assistant Library Director to maintain the library web pages and update them as needed.
• Work with the Library Director to maintain the college archives.
  
  

Start Date: This position starts on July 1, 2026.

Schedule: This is a 12-month position working 37.5 hours a week with some evenings and occasional weekend work.

Salary: $40,000 a year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from an accredited four-year college or university; or
• Extensive library experience (We will consider someone who is in their last semester of college.).
• Comfortable using new and emerging technologies.
  
  

Preferred

• Experience with the ALMA and Primo systems Experience with OCLC WorldShare.
• Experience with archives collections.
