What You’ll Be Doing (Besides Making America Sweeter)

This isn’t just a job—it’s a role with purpose. You’ll be trusted with high-value freight, consistent routes, and the reputation of a brand known nationwide. We don’t hand that responsibility to just anyone.

• Deliver premium product with precision. You’ll haul temperature-controlled Rocky Mountain Chocolate across the country, directly to franchise partners. Accuracy, care, and consistency matter here.
• Operate top-tier equipment. Clean, branded, professionally maintained trucks. When you show up, you show up looking like you mean it.
• Run a reliable schedule. Out most Mondays, home by Friday. No guessing games. No backhaul surprises.
• Own the delivery. Pallets and product are unloaded with care. You represent the brand at every drop, and we expect you to deliver with pride.
• Maintain the details. Daily logs, inspections, maintenance reports—done right, done on time. You don’t cut corners, and neither do we.
• Serve as the front line of the brand. When a franchisee sees your truck, they know things are handled. You’re more than a driver—you’re the face of Rocky Mountain Chocolate on the road.
• Operate legally and professionally. Compliance isn’t a box to check—it’s the baseline we build on.

  • Sit for extended runs
  • Lift 50 lbs with control

• All-weather reliability: Whether it’s rain, snow, wind, or heat—if the freight’s rolling, you’re in control.
• Strong communicator: You know how to flag issues early, solve problems on the road, and keep dispatch in the loop without drama.
