Rocky Mountain Chocolate is seeking an Assistant Store Manger for the Outlets at San Clemente location!
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
· The assistant manger is responsible for assisting with sales and building lasting customer relationships.
· The assistant manger will be responsible for maintaining the visual and housekeeping standards of the store.
· The assistant manger must have the ability to successfully operate the store's register systems.
- The assistant manger must be able to operate efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced customer service oriented environment.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
· Achieve and exceed personal and store sales goals
· Demonstrate a complete knowledge of the merchandise in the store
· Develop and maintain lasting customer relationships
· Assist with maintaining back of house organization
· Maintain the housekeeping and visual standards of the store via cleaning
· Have computer skills to operate the POS register
· Follow all store policies and procedures
-Willing and able to work past defined hours
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Retail experience and/or assistant manager experience preferred but not required
- Must be a quick learner, hard worker, self motivated, customer focused, personable, energetic, and willing and able to effectively lead a team

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
