We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support our catering and event operations. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying active, working as part of a team, and helping ensure every event is properly prepared.

Shifts may take place in the morning, afternoon, or evening depending on the event schedule.

What You’ll Do

As a Warehouse Associate, you will help prepare, organize, load, and return the equipment and supplies needed for upcoming events.

Responsibilities include:

• Review packing lists and assist with preparing equipment and supplies for events
• Pack linens, china, glassware, service pieces, beverages, and event essentials
• Load and unload company vehicles
• Check event orders for accuracy and report missing or damaged items
• Clean, organize, restock, and properly store equipment after events
• Assist with receiving deliveries and organizing warehouse inventory
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
• Help prepare buffet equipment, beverage stations, and event setups
• Assist with deliveries, pickups, and equipment transfers when needed
• Support on-site event setup, breakdown, and operational needs as assigned
• Communicate clearly with warehouse leaders and other departments
• Adjust priorities as event schedules and operational needs change
• Follow company safety, food-handling, vehicle, and equipment procedures

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include:

• Previous warehouse, catering, hospitality, logistics, or event experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
• Positive, team-first attitude
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage changing priorities and event deadlines
• Valid driver’s license and comfort driving company vehicles preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and remain active throughout the shift
• Availability for a combination of weekday and weekend shifts

Schedule Expectations

This is a part-time position with shifts scheduled according to event and warehouse needs. Shifts may be available during:

• Mornings
• Afternoons
• Evenings
• Weekends
• Some holidays

Our busiest season is typically May through October, when additional hours may be available. Scheduling flexibility is strongly preferred, but this is not an evenings-only position.
