Rocky Mountain Care History- Grandma Opal

• An unencumbered ALF Executive Director certification in the state Utah required within 6 months of employment.
• Current/ Active Food Handlers Permit
• Must have, as a minimum, one (1) year of experience with demonstrated success in a leadership position in the facility or in another related health care facility.
• Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to assisted living care.
