Position Summary: The Sponsorship and Event Coordinator is responsible for helping to manage sponsor deliverables, coordinating event assets, maintaining sponsorship and gear inventories for MSR programs and event series, and activate and manage MSR sponsorship applicants. This role liaises with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery and accurate tracking of materials, payments, and spending.

What You Will Do In This Role

• Manage sponsor deliverables: organize, track, and deploy required assets (banners, signage, digital displays, promotional materials)
• Coordinate printing and fulfillment of gift cards and other event giveaways; prepare and ship materials to event sites
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Brand, Events) and external vendors to schedule production, delivery, and on-site setup of event materials
• Maintain and audit inventory of event- and sponsor-related materials; ensure assets are accounted for, labeled, stored properly, and in good condition
• Enter MSR sponsorship applicants into systems, activate sponsor accounts, and place orders for initial custom gear sets
• Maintain detailed inventory of all gear for sponsored MSR riders and teams, including sizing, quantities, and seasonal allocations
• Track sponsorship payments, invoicing, and reconcile accounts for multiple series
• Monitor and report spending for assigned series
• Support on-site event logistics as needed
• Maintain accurate records and generate regular reports on deliverables, inventory status, payments, and expenditures
• Other duties as assigned

• Experience with inventory management and order fulfillment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams and vendors
• Proficiency with common office software (Excel/Sheets, email, shared project tools), SharePoint

Physical Requirements

Position performance will require the regular physical ability to walk and function in elevation changes by the means of self-propulsion, to include steps, ladders, and varied walking and working surfaces. Ability to negotiate warehouse work areas in a safe manner and behavior. Vision abilities specific to the position will include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus. Performing in this role will require the use of hands to use and handle tools, objects, materials, and controls. Performance requires the frequent ability to sit, talk, hear, stand, climb, balance, stoop kneel, crouch, or crawl. Employee will need to be able to read, write, and understand basics of the English language. Employee may have to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and up to 45 pounds assisted or if capable.
