Job Overview
We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and maintenance to our clients.
Duties
- Travel to client sites to install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance on machinery
- Provide training to clients on equipment operation
- Document service and installation actions by entering information and completing reports
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve product design based on field service experiences
Experience
- Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role is preferred
- Proficiency with using tools such as an Ohmmeter is required
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
