Rocky Fork Hunt and Country Club is a premier private club dedicated to providing our esteemed members and their guests with an unparalleled dining and social experience. We are seeking professional, attentive, and experienced Servers to join our distinguished service team. This role is crucial in delivering refined tableside service, ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards and sophisticated ambiance of our club.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional, personalized service to members and their guests, anticipating needs and offering recommendations with confidence and charm.
• Master our extensive menu, including daily specials, wine pairings, and cocktail selections, to accurately answer questions and guide member choices.
• Accurately take and input food and beverage orders, ensuring all special requests, dietary restrictions, and allergies are clearly communicated to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages with grace and precision, adhering to established service standards for presentation and timing.
• Maintain an immaculate and organized dining area, performing table settings, clearings, and resets efficiently and discreetly.
• Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery and a smooth dining flow.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling all transactions with professionalism and integrity.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all service areas, before, during, and after service.
• Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues and ensuring all members receive prompt and courteous attention.

Skills

• Proven experience as a Server in a fine dining, upscale restaurant, or private club setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage politely and effectively with discerning clientele.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage, including wine, spirits, and culinary techniques.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
• Manual dexterity to carry trays with multiple dishes and glasses safely and gracefully.
• Impeccable professional appearance and demeanor, consistent with the club's prestigious image.
