What You’ll Do
As a Landscape Maintenance Team Lead, you will oversee a crew while ensuring commercial properties are maintained to the highest standards. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires both technical landscaping experience and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Responsibilities Include:
- Leading and managing a landscape maintenance crew
- Operating company trucks and trailers safely
- Trimming, edging, and blowing off surfaces
- Pruning shrubs and maintaining landscape beds
- Mulching and leaf removal
- Training crew members and maintaining quality standards
- Communicating with supervisors and clients professionally
- Assisting with snow removal operations during winter months

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in commercial landscape maintenance
- Experience leading and managing a crew
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
(Must have fewer than 4 points to meet company insurance requirements) - Ability to be insured by the company’s insurance carrier
- Ability to operate trucks with or without attached trailers
- Ability to safely operate mowing equipment, mechanical tools, and snow removal equipment
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and leadership skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!
