Minimum Qualifications
Associate of Arts Degree in Human Services One Year of human services experience
Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
Working knowledge of principles of family functioning, child development, and dynamics concerning child abuse
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, peers and other professionals
Experience working with Native American preschool children and their families
Knowledge of Head Start Program Performance Standards
Montana Drivers license, clean driving record and access to vehicle
Must obtain CPR/First Aid training upon employment
Must obtain physical and TB test upon employment
Desired Qualifications
Bachelors degree in social work, community service or related field
Two or more years of human service experience
