Summary:
Seeking a Lead Consultant with strong experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter/ClaimCenter and hands-on skills in Earnix or Ratabase. The role requires solid Python programming, insurance rating knowledge, and experience in analytics and statistical modeling. Exposure to NLP, reinforcement learning, and deep learning is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance rating/pricing models (Earnix/Ratabase).
- Translate business rules into system configurations.
- Build and validate statistical models for risk and customer behavior.
- Lead analytics-driven insurance/banking solutions.
- Collaborate with teams to deliver insights and improvements.
- Mentor team members and ensure high-quality project delivery.
Required Skills:
- 8 years in analytics, modeling, or rating systems.
- Strong Earnix or Ratabase experience (mandatory).
- Strong Python; knowledge of R/SQL is a plus.
- Experience in NLP/ML techniques preferred.
- P&C insurance domain experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
Guidewire Certification in PolicyCenter and/or ClaimCenter.
