This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant position based in Pocatello, ID.
This role is central to our day-to-day operations and client experience. The Administrative Assistant will support the team with a wide range of responsibilities, including managing schedules, handling client communication, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with general office operations.
We are looking for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, professionalism in client interactions, and the ability to take initiative and follow through on tasks independently. - Administrative or office experience (1 years preferred)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Professional communication skills, both over the phone and in writing
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High level of attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable taking initiative and working independently
- Proficiency in basic office software (Word, Excel, email, etc.)
- Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented

- $18–$24 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
