This is a full-time on-site role for an Activities Assistant located in Eureka, MO. The Activities Assistant will be responsible for planning and facilitating a variety of recreational activities, providing support to students, assisting with elder care programs, and engaging with the community. Additional responsibilities include training staff and volunteers and ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Recreation and Training
- Experience with Elder Care and assisting with related programs
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Relevant experience in educational or community settings is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Recreation, or related field is preferred
