What are the responsibilities and job description for the Direct Care Worker position at Rockwell Senior Living?
Rockwell Senior Living is hiring a dependable, hands-on Multi‑Purpose Aide to support our community during our start-up census phase. We are beginning with a very small census (starting with 1 resident), so this role is ideal for someone who is comfortable wearing multiple hats and working independently.
In the beginning, there will be one Multi‑Purpose Aide per shift, and you will help with resident care (ADLs), meal prep, housekeeping, laundry, and medication support/passing meds (only as permitted by state regulations and based on your training/certification).
As our census grows, staffing will expand and job roles will become more defined and specialized. Until then, this role is essential to keeping the building running smoothly and providing excellent resident care.
