We are seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. This role brings variety to your day, and is centered on content creation, digital marketing execution, and eCommerce support.
You will work closely with the Marketing Director and cross-functional teams to plan and execute campaigns, maintain digital channels, and support customer experience initiatives. This role also leverages modern marketing technologies and AI tools to improve workflow efficiency and content performance.

Key Responsibilities
Content & Digital Marketing
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director to plan and execute content calendars across blog, email, and social channels
- Develop and produce marketing content across formats—including video, graphics, and social media assets—leveraging AI-assisted tools to enhance creation, ideation, and efficiency
- Partner with Graphic Designer to create engaging product marketing materials (ads, flyers, web content, catalogs, labeling)
- Write and edit marketing content including content, packaging, email and articles
- Optimize content for SEO and digital performance
Social Media & Community
- Manage day-to-day social media posting and engagement
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
eCommerce Management
- Help maintain Shopify and Walmart platforms
- Update product listings, pricing, and inventory across platforms as needed
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report on basic performance metrics and KPI reports and review insights with team
- Utilize SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush) to support keyword strategy
- Use data and AI-assisted tools to identify opportunities for improvement
Operations & Support
- Maintain marketing databases and tools
- Support internal workflows and project coordination
- Assist with additional marketing tasks as needed, with a primary focus on digital execution
- Additional responsibilities and projects as business needs evolve
Customer Experience & Support
- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries across digital channels
- Respond to customer questions, feedback, and issues professionally and promptly
- Assist with order-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and refunds
- Identify trends to inform FAQs and content improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience (2-5 years) in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
- Familiarity with social media, email marketing, and SEO basics
- Experience working with CMS, eCommerce, and marketing platforms (Shopify preferred)
- Comfortable using AI tools and digital technologies to improve productivity and output
- Basic understanding of analytics and performance reporting
