Seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join my small business part time with potential for full time. Some benefits are a Flexible schedule and a 50/50 percent pay rate. The Massage Therapist will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall wellness of our clients through effective pain management and relaxation techniques. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and preferences.
- Provide a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of treatments administered and client progress.
- Utilize medical terminology and knowledge of anatomy and physiology to inform treatment decisions.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by ensuring clients feel comfortable and cared for during their sessions.
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards within the therapy room and throughout the facility.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in massage therapy practices.
Qualifications
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Massage Therapist.
- Sknowledge of anatomy, physiology
- Experience in customer service with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with pain management techniques and various massage modalities.
- Ability to perform patient assessments effectively.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and education in the field of massage therapy.
