Birthday Party Host

At Rockville Indoor Sports, located in the heart of Rockville, MD, we pride ourselves on creating unforgettable experiences for our community. Whether it's hosting thrilling games or celebrating special occasions, we bring energy, fun, and teamwork to everything we do. We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Birthday Party Coaches/Referees and help make every celebration a memorable one.

As a Birthday Party Coach/Referee, you'll be the life of the party! Your role will involve leading and supervising birthday party activities, ensuring a fun and safe environment for all participants. You'll guide children through games, sports activities, and other exciting events, keeping the energy high and the smiles wide. From setting up party spaces to managing schedules and ensuring everything runs smoothly, you'll play a key part in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This is a hands-on role where your ability to engage with kids and parents alike will shine. If you love being active, working with children, and creating joyful memories, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

We’re not looking for years of experience—just a passion for working with kids and a positive, can-do attitude! Here’s what we’d love for you to bring:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A knack for keeping groups of children engaged and entertained.
• Dependability and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A love for sports, games, or any activity that gets people moving.

No prior experience? No problem! If you’re energetic, responsible, and ready to learn, we’d love to hear from you.

While we don’t offer additional benefits, this role gives you the chance to work in a vibrant, community-focused environment where your creativity and enthusiasm will make a real impact. You’ll gain valuable experience in event coordination, leadership, and customer service—all while having fun!

If you’re ready to bring your energy and excitement to Rockville Sports Arena, we’d love to hear from you. Apply today and help us create unforgettable birthday celebrations!
