We are looking for an Agent Success Manager who understands one critical truth: our agents are clients. This role is central to ensuring agents are fully connected to the tools, training, systems, and support that drive their success. The Agent Success Manager provides direct support to our agents as well as the leadership team. This position leads onboarding and integration, supports training and growth initiatives, manages office technology and communication systems, and ensures agents are set up to succeed within the brokerage’s systems and culture.
This is not a back-office role. This is a high-visibility, high-impact position within a fast-paced, forward-thinking real estate environment. You must be able to shift priorities quickly, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and execute with precision.

Compensation
