Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation procedures throughout the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for order processing and payments
- Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, adhering to all food safety management practices and legal regulations
- Restock bar supplies as needed, including garnishes, mixers, and alcohol inventory
- Ensure compliance with all food safety standards and sanitation procedures at all times
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or bar experience is highly preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety management practices
- Experience operating POS systems efficiently for order entry and transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a lively environment
- Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
