We’re hiring experienced Heavy-Duty Tow & Recovery Operators in the Sturbridge, MA area. If you’ve run a heavy wrecker and know how to handle serious recovery work—rollovers, tractor-trailers, winching, rigging—this is steady, year-round work with a growing operation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Responding to heavy-duty towing and recovery calls in the field
• Recovering tractors, trailers, buses, and commercial vehicles
• Handling winching, rigging, accident recovery, and rollover situations
• Transporting equipment safely to yards, shops, or customer locations
• Performing basic truck inspections and preventative maintenance
• Completing accurate recovery reports and paperwork
• Operating safely under DOT regulations and company standards
• Representing the company professionally on every call

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Class A CDL
• Heavy-duty towing and recovery experience (required)
• Experience with winching, rigging, and accident recovery scenes
• Ability to work in fast-paced, weather-dependent conditions
• Clean driving record
• Comfortable using dispatch/telematics systems
• Reliable and ready when the call comes in
