Sprinkler Fitters will primarily install, with some inspections and service of a variety of water- and air-based fire sprinkler and control systems, valves, pipelines, fire pumps and related equipment in retro and new construction commercial and industrial settings.
SPRINKLER FITTER JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid VA Sprinkler Fitter license
- Preferred NICET Certification in Fire Protection Systems or equivalent advanced certification
- Backflow certification or license
- At least three (5) years of fire sprinkler fitter experience in maintenance and service
- Valid driver's license with a clean MVR
- Able to pass pre-employment background checks (i.e. Criminal, Driving, Drug)
- Bilingual: English and Spanish speaking abilities
SHIFT: Days, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm (Monday – Friday). Rotating on-call. OT after 40 hours.
COMPENSATION & COMPANY PERKS:
- Sprinkler Fitters: $22.00 - $28.00/hour
