Shift: 5:45 PM – 6:00 AM | 2-2-3 rotating schedule
Earning Potential: Up to $36.75/hr within 6–18 months

The Opportunity

We are hiring Industrial Maintenance Technicians with strong mechanical AND electrical troubleshooting skills to support a highly automated production facility utilizing:

• Siemens PLCs
• Robotics & automation
• AGVs
• VFDs, motors, sensors & advanced industrial controls

This is a hands-on, technical role in a modern manufacturing environment with real advancement potential.

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic & pneumatic systems
• Work directly with PLCs (Siemens), automation systems, AGVs & robotics
• Perform preventive, predictive & emergency maintenance
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics & technical manuals
• Complete light welding & fabrication as needed
• Maintain accurate CMMS documentation
• Support 5S and continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• 1 year of industrial maintenance experience
• Multi-craft skillset (mechanical electrical)
• Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in warm manufacturing environments & lift 50 lbs
• High school diploma or GED
