Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investor Relations Associate to support our growing portfolio of acquisitions, refinances, and dispositions. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing communication with existing investors, onboarding new capital partners, and supporting capital raise efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with senior leadership in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a point of contact for current and prospective investors
- Manage investor communications, including updates, performance reports, and distribution notices
- Coordinate and track capital raise efforts for acquisitions, refinancing, and new offerings
- Maintain and update the CRM system, investor portal, and subscription documents
- Assist with investor onboarding and document collection
- Prepare pitch decks, offering memorandums, and FAQs for investor presentations
- Support the execution of webinars, in-person events, and investor meetings
- Monitor transaction timelines and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless investor experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Communications, or related field
- Experience in Private equity, real estate, or capital markets preferred
- Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with CRM software, investor portals, and Excel
- Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, high-volume environment
Preferred Attributes:
- Familiarity with multifamily real estate and capital stack structures
- Experience supporting capital raises or investor onboarding processes
- High emotional intelligence and professionalism in investor interactions

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
