Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable and physically fit Foundation Repair Installer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll perform hands-on installation of foundation repair systems including push piers, helical piles, wall anchors, I-beams, floor joists, and related structural supports. This is outdoor, physical work that requires attention to detail, safety focus, and the ability to work effectively in small crews.
Key Responsibilities
- Install foundation repair systems (piers, anchors, beams, etc.) according to engineer specifications and project plans.
- Excavate, drill, and prepare job sites using hand tools, rotary hammers, jackhammers, and other heavy equipment.
- Operate company vehicles and equipment safely (box trucks, trailers, etc.).
- Work with the crew to complete jobs efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
- Follow all safety protocols, wear proper PPE, and maintain a clean, organized job site.
- Communicate effectively with homeowners, team members, and supervisors.
- Assist with loading/unloading materials and equipment.
- Perform basic maintenance on tools and vehicles as needed.
- Document work completed for project records.
Requirements
- Previous construction, concrete, foundation, or heavy labor experience preferred but not required(foundation repair or structural work is a big plus).
- Ability to lift 75 lbs repeatedly and work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, dirt).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL a plus).
- Reliable transportation to our shop in Colorado Springs.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and team-player attitude.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced crew leads.
- Basic hand and power tool skills (Hilti tools, rotary hammers, etc. experience preferred).
- Background check and drug screening required.
