What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and cook handcrafted Neapolitan-style wood-fired pizzas to recipe and presentation standards
- Accurately read and execute tickets in a high-volume setting
- Prep fresh ingredients and maintain proper portioning at all times
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth, efficient service
- Embrace our guest-focused culture by contributing to a consistently excellent dining experience
