Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Specialist to join our team. Duties
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery as needed.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain product quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Conduct inspections of finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including quantities produced and any issues encountered.
- Assist in training new employees on equipment operation and safety protocols.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
Experience
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with operating machinery and understanding of manufacturing processes is required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
