Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Temporary Porter to join our team at a residential building. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and guests.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and dispose of garbage and recycling throughout the building
- Clean and maintain outdoor amenity spaces, including seating areas and walkways
- Clean and maintain BBQ grills and surrounding areas
- Sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness of common areas (lobbies, hallways, amenities, etc.)
- Restock supplies in amenity spaces and common areas as needed
- Assist with general upkeep and light maintenance tasks
- Respond to cleaning requests and support building staff as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned; responsibilities may change based on building needs
Qualifications:
- Prior porter, janitorial, or maintenance experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and time management skills
- Ability to lift and move moderate loads and be on your feet for extended periods

- Tuesday and Wednesday off. Thursday through Monday midday/afternoon shift
