The successful candidate will perform a variety of routine and complex clerical, secretarial, and administrative work in keeping official records, providing support to the leadership team, and assisting in the administration of the standard operating policies and procedures of the school and District. As this is a front-facing role, the successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for students, staff, families, and community members. The administrative assistant will be responsible for establishing a welcoming environment that builds trust, shows care, and sets a helpful tone for every stakeholder and visitor.
