Hours: 20 hours per week, nonexempt, non-clergy

Main Function
Assist RPS to execute summer programming while observing and learning how student ministry functions within a team-led environment.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Tier 1 // Assist 14 hours
- Assist student staff in preparing environments for weekly services
- Assist student staff in facilitating midweek programming
- Assist student staff on one mission trip in the summer (if applicable)
- Assist student staff at all summer events
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor
Tier 2 // Learn 3 hours
- Receive weekly classroom time with the Student Minister to talk about all things student ministry, curriculum TBD
- Attend Monday intern community events
- Complete all assigned readings
Tier 3 // Observe 3 hours
- Participate in weekly RPS meetings
- Assist in planning and executing RPS events

Accountability
- The Summer Interns will work in a team atmosphere reporting to the RPS Student Minister
