tatus: Full Time, Part Time & PRN

ate: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour, depending on experience

esponsibilities:

• valuate patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans

• rovide hands-on therapy and exercises to improve patients' mobility and functionality

• ducate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises for continued improvement

• ollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients

• rovide adequate supervision of the Physical Therapy Assistants as defined by the Georgia Physical Therapy board rules

• rovide ongoing collaboration with the Rehabilitation Director and clinical staff to facilitate effective and efficient clinical case management

equirements:

• alid state licensure as a Physical Therapist

• xperience in a short-term rehab/skilled nursing facility setting is preferred, but not required

• trong clinical decision-making skills

• xcellent communication and interpersonal skills

• bility to meet all health requirements including a drug screen

• bility to pass criminal background check
