What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operator I (OP1) D Shift position at Rockline Industries?
What You’ll Do:
- Operate and monitor state-of-the-art automated packaging equipment, including palletizers and conveyors
- Ensure smooth material flow and compliance with safety protocols
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy, keeping our standards high
- Troubleshoot equipment and perform minor adjustments to keep production running
- Rotate between lines and positions, supporting your team and learning new skills
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace (6S compliance)
- Document and verify inventory transactions in JDE and Docushare
- Wear required PPE and uphold cGMP standards
- Contribute to a culture built on Rockline’s RRITE Values: Renew, Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, and Excellence
What You’ll Bring:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, automated environment

- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and automated systems

Physical & Work Environment:
- Frequent standing, walking, and lifting (up to 30 lbs.)
- Production floor setting with hands-on equipment monitoring
This is an on-site, safety-sensitive position at our Russellville, AR plant.
