What You’ll Do

As a Manufacturing Process Engineer I, you’ll provide engineering and continuous improvement support for current and future manufacturing processes. This is not a desk job—expect majority your time on the floor. You’ll work closely with operating teams to troubleshoot, optimize, and innovate.

• Support safe, compliant operations while driving process improvements.
• Develop expertise in manufacturing equipment and processes to meet customer and business needs.
• Provide hands-on technical support for mechanical design, equipment reliability, and process development.
• Lead or participate in projects involving equipment modifications, installations, and automation initiatives.
• Analyze production data to identify opportunities for efficiency and waste reduction.
• Support commercialization of new products and processes.
• Collaborate with purchasing on equipment specifications and cost-saving opportunities.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent plus 2 years process/mechanical/electrical engineering.
• OR 6 years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D (3D/Inventor a plus) and MS Office tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Familiarity with SPC, process capability, and data-driven problem solving.
