Title: Process Improvement Tech

Essential Accountabilities:
• Support Change Control activities.
• 6S awareness and development.
• Assist in the identification and resolution of product quality issues.
• Assist in the development and delivery of relevant training materials to facilitate and sustain improvement activities.
• Participate in the creation, implementation, and maintenance of process GRS and process centerlines.
• Lead, improve, develop and champion improvements within the changeover process.
• Assist in the process of equipment testing and validation while developing skills that lead to becoming a SME.
• Support commercialization process, including trials.
• Conduct statistical data mining and build reports tracking compliance and productivity trends.
• Demonstrate commitment to Rockline’s RRITE Values of Renew, Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, and Excellence.
• Associates have a direct and important role in ensuring that all work is performed in a safe manner. Effectiveness in
carrying out this responsibility is part of each associate’s essential accountabilities.
• Contribute to a cooperative working effort by demonstrating a willingness to perform other job-related work, as
needed or requested.
Required Skills:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience with strong troubleshooting skills
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
• Strong analytical skills for identifying and implementing mechanical system CI ideas.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate utilizing written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Capability and Data driven problem solving. Experience with Team Based problem solving and process resolution.
• Must be well organized with the ability to support and participate in multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
• Knowledge of all converting equipment (TKW folder, Wrappers, Case Packers, Case Sealers, Case Erectors) preferred
• Ability to develop training materials and effectively train adult learners.
• Capacity to enhance education and technical skills.
• Advanced computer skills to include Excel, Word, Power Point and EAM
