Requirements / Qualifications

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Any combination of training and experience which would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the required knowledge and abilities would be: Some work experience in performing grounds keeping and general building maintenance work is desirable. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: • A valid California Driver's License. • Ability to obtain a Commercial (Class B) driver's license when required.
