Schedule: Full-time, in-shop (no remote)
Compensation & Package
- Competitive base hourly pay ($20 minimum/hr DOE) Bonus cap at $125K
- Performance bonuses tied to shop results and customer satisfaction

Your Role:
- Be the face of our shop — greeting customers and listening to their concerns
- Accurately write repair orders (RO Writer system)
- Explain inspections and recommended repairs clearly and honestly
- Offer financing options to help customers make the best decision
- Keep workflow smooth between customers and technicians
Minimum Standards:
- On-time, professional presence every day
- Clear and honest communication with customers and teammates
- Delivering results that grow the shop — not excuses
- 90-day probation: earn your spot, prove your value, then grow
Progression:
Advisors can grow into Workflow Managers or even Area Leadership. This isn’t just a job — it’s a career path.
