Requirements of the Human Resources Director:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
College degree or certification preferred
Experience of the Human Resources Director:
At least one (1) years as a HR in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred
Knowledge of Level 2 background screenings
Experience of weekly payroll for over 150 employees
