Objective: Assist in the day-to-day functions of the Commercial Credit Construction department and perform a variety of activities in conformance with established bank policies, procedures and objectives. Assist the Construction Department Manager, the Construction Portfolio Managers and the Internal Inspectors as needed. Perform any functions, within scope of authority and expertise, to provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities Include

• Update and maintain construction loans in Construct, a cloud-based application
• Review loan and construction documents to add construction loans to Construct
• Input and update construction project budgets
• Take part in the requisition and inspection process
• Assisting in the Construction group box mail in-take and distribution
• Assist in retrieving documents for any ongoing audits
• Create reports as needed by the Construction Team Manager
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills
• Detail oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office platform including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Experience with creating and updating macros helpful
• Rising junior or rising senior (highly preferred)
