Imagine being directly responsible for helping the nation grow, to BUILD. Rockland Manufacturing, a well-known, respected, family-owned construction equipment manufacturer with an excellent reputation for quality and on-time shipments, is looking for an Outside Account Manager to join our team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
This is an established position covering heavy equipment dealer accounts in California, Arizona, Nevada, Idaho and Utah. Our Account Managers are home based and spend 3-4 nights per week on the road visiting customers. This team puts a lot of value in activity and hustle! You’ll work with heavy equipment dealers to serve the industry by:
- Retaining, managing, and growing the existing customer base
- Building relationships with key decision makers to create partnerships
- Understanding their business beyond a product level
- Cross-selling and creating multi product solution opportunities
- Selling value through intangibles and services
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years outside sales experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- Experience in B2B Sales
- Motivated by your own goals and uncapped high earning potential
- Able to work with minimal direct supervision
- Knowledge of construction equipment/mechanical aptitude is a plus
