Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate member and investor servicing requests, ensuring compliance with applicable procedures and guidelines
- Processing more complex servicing requests in relation to real estate secured and commercial loans
- Manage the department's ticketing system, including responding to inquiries and assigning tasks appropriately
- Maintain high task quality and ensure adherence to internal procedures
- Provide guidance, support, and training to fellow loan servicing representatives
- Meet established deadlines and performance standards for all servicing functions
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the servicing department
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in mortgage servicing, with a focus on advanced or specialized tasks
- Familiarity with Keystone loan servicing systems preferred
- Knowledge of residential mortgage servicing required; commercial loans, HELOCs, SCRA, and investor loan servicing experience a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership ability and team collaboration
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work independently
- Comfortable adapting to change in a dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Work Schedule and Benefits
As a Loan Servicing Representative, you will work a 40-hour full-time schedule Monday through Friday.
