Under the general supervision of the Account Services AVP, the Account Services Associate II performs a variety of clerical duties necessary to ensure the effective operations of Account Services in conformance with the established policies and procedures of Rockland Federal Credit Union. Key Responsibilities
- Evaluates and decisions file processing rejects, such as ACH, check, and other sources.
- Processes returned ACH and check deposits / loan payments.
- Processes ACH origination files.
- Performs tasks ancillary to ACH and check processing, including stop payments and unauthorized transaction claims.
- Processes certificate account maintenance.
- Processes outgoing wire transfer requests.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1 years working in account services or payment solutions.
- Knowledge of Rockland Federal Credit Union products/services.
- Ability to communicate effectively with members and staff both in person and by phone.
- Ability to perform work with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain flexible and aware of department needs
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook e-mail.)
Work Schedule and Benefits
As an Account Services Associate I, you will work a 40-hour full-time schedule Monday through Friday.
