Quality Manufacturer of custom products for public safety vehicles looking for a seasoned, professional Eastern USA Sales Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation: must be activly prospecting at all times for new leads, customers and sales.
Sales & Presentations: Contact prospects, present product features, explain benefits, and demonstrate capabilities.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships, provide ongoing support.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts; prepare sales documents and process orders.
Territory Management: Manage sales activities, track performance, and report to management.
Market Awareness: Monitor market trends, competitors, and product innovations.
Collaboration: Work with marketing and other internal teams to support sales efforts.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
Communication: Excellent verbal and active listening skills.
Technical: Proficiency in CRM (Netsuite) and Microsoft Office.
Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Eastern US market. Public Safety experince a plus.
Soft Skills: Adaptability, problem-solving, persistence, and relationship-building.
Travel: Will involve significant travel across Eastern states for client visits and events.
This is a remote position that will be best suited for an individual who enjoys extensive vehicle travel and who is located near a major airport. This is NOT a customer service position.
Compensation: Salary Commission Bonus Structure plan based on performance.
