POSITION: Adult Education Career Training Instructors - Plumbing -Part-Time Evening
Rockland BOCES Adult Education is seeking knowledgeable and enthusiastic part-time plumbing instructor evening instructors to teach foundational plumbing skills to adult learners preparing for entry-level roles in the plumbing industry. The candidate will provide students with an overview of plumbing professions, including residential plumbing and heating systems.
CERTIFICATION/QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or Equivalent; Minimum 3-5 years of industry experience; Prior teaching or training experience preferred but not required; NYSED K-12 certification is desirable but not required; profound understanding of plumbing fundamentals, safety requirements, and tool usage. Licensed plumber preferred.
NYS Adult Education Certification or Certification in a related field required.

Pay: $37.00 - $45.00 per hour
